I made a few items this week...
a birthday card for our
matchmaker, Nancy!

I used the SU Label Punch to
make the cake pedestal...
then I made some baby favors
to celebrate the wonderful
news that my dear friend, Rina,
is going to be a
GRANDMOTHER!

Measurements:
2 3/4" x 8 1/2" scored at
1 1/2", 2", 5", 5 1/2"

Use the Word Window Punch from SU
in the lower smaller section to hold
a Hershey's Miniature.

Lamb stickers are from
Mrs. Grossman found at Diddam's.

PLAY DAY!

Today, I had a much needed play day in my craft room! I made several cards using my computer for the outside sentiment and a stamp set Mel gave me of misc. sentiments plus SU's Simple Said set, a single wooden stamp I got years ago at Michael's and a Stamps of Life set called Thanks2You. Pool Party was the ink and the background color I used. I'm sending a version of this card to my pen pal, LA, in Canada because I LOVE getting all of the beautiful cards she creates!

CUPCAKES FOR ALICE

Happy birthday to my dear

dear friend Alice!

LOVE this SU Create a Cupcake set and

the punch that coordinates with it!

The card needed something...and then

it hit me...adhesive pearls as the sprinkles!

This SWEET color combo is
SU Pool Party ink (stamped off once before

stamping on the cardstock) and 

Memento LuLu Lavender.

To make the awning, I used the SU word
window punch and glued each strip
side-by-side onto a 7/8" x 4" piece of
white card stock - then scored along the top
and the bottom and bent each strip to
get the look of an awning.
The top of the awning was then attached with
Tombow Multi Liquid Glue.

that I made last week with a VERY talented

paper crafter named Ava.

Ava is my seven-year-old neighbor who

is now the proud owner of a new Cuttlebug!

To make the box a bit more stable,

I increased the measurements and scored a

6 1/2" x 9 1/4" piece of card stock

at 1 1/4" instead of 1", then followed the

rest of LeeAnn's instructions.
